This is a sole-source presolicitation for a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement to repair the AN/USQ-167 Common Data Link System, with the Government intending to negotiate only with Cubic Secure Communications, LLC. The Government does not own the data rights to permit other sources to perform these repairs.
