ELECTRONIC COMPONEN
This is a U.S. Navy requirement for the repair of an electronic component under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement. The contractor must perform a teardown and evaluation within 90 days of receiving the carcass(es) and then submit a Firm-Fixed-Price quote for the full repair. The requested Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) for completing repairs after award is 105 days. The work involves strict compliance with military standards, including MIL-STD-129 for marking and a prohibition on mercury. The resulting contract will be a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
