This is a U.S. Navy requirement for the manufacture and delivery of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY. The contract includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery and mandates that all items be mercury-free for use on submarines and surface ships. The supplier must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001. If the offeror is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), they must provide a signed letter of authorization from the OEM.
