This is a contract for the supply of low-alloy steel welding electrodes and fluxes designated as SPECIAL EMPHASIS material for critical naval shipboard systems. The final delivery of material is required on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract. The contract provides for Government Quality Assurance at destination, and the place of performance cannot be changed without authorization. It is a rated order for national defense and requires a contractor quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 or equivalent standards.
