Except as modified or amplified in the RFP this item contains explosives and a pre-award safety survey will be required. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. The Government intends to solicit as full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of NSN 1377-01-454-7651 OR 1377-01-666-9138, P/N 3205AS100, CCU-121/A , Fire Extinguisher Cartridge, SS66 . The government does possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item.
