The requirement is for manufacturing a CLUTCH ASSY in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 4687407 ASSY 263, quantity 10, for a crucial shipboard system designated SPECIAL EMPHASIS/DSSP Scope of Certification material. The material must meet NAVSEA toxicity and flammability requirements, use cut internal threads with FED-STD-H28 thread inspection, be mercury-free, and comply with configuration control and Certificate of Compliance requirements. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001 quality system with ISO 10012/ANSI Z540.3 and ISO/IEC 17025 calibration, or acceptable MIL-I-45208/MIL-STD-45662 alternates, and be subject to Government quality assurance at source. Delivery requires certification CDRLs 20 days before delivery, PNSY review/acceptance 6 working days after receipt, and final material delivery within 200 days. The small business set-aside has been dissolved, drawings have been updated, and waivers/deviations require Contracting Officer approval through the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Specialist.
