The Government intends to solicit as full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: NSN 6135-01-273-1253, 5W15, Battery, Thermal, MK54 and MK50 Warshot and Exercise. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item.
