This is a synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support BOA N00104-20-G-VH01 for a NIIN addition of the following for repair: NSN: 6110 016449758 Nomenclature: PANEL, POWER DISTRIB Part/Reference Number: ECC11000A Authorized Repair Quantity: 5 The BOA contractor is the only one known repair source to possess full repair capability. Repair knowledge and technical data is not economically available to the Government making the item currently sole source. Any interested vendors that believes they have repair capability for the NSN and Part can submit documentation demonstrating that fact within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis and it will be considered by the Government. However, any current DOD repair requirements for the NSN/Item will NOT be delayed pending repair source addition considerations whenever there is at least one valid and approved repair source available and willing to provide a fair and reasonable price and delivery schedule. Repair source additions are normally for future repair procurements of the same NSN and Item. Repair source addition may also require submission of a SAR (Source Approval Request) form. Any repair source must be approved by a DOD-cognizant technical authority and have a active SAM registration, NIST (cyber security) assessment showing on PIEE, and assigned DODAAC. Market research indicates the item is not commercial and no known commercial item has the same form, fit, and function of the subject NSN and part number. However, vendors can submit documentation of commerciality within 15 days of this notice for government review and consideration. The government will NOT pay for any information submitted.
