This is the synopsis of the Procurement Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-22-G-ZK01 to be placed with ARC TECHNOLOGIES LLC. (Cage 0HM39) and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all procurement orders issued by NAVSUP from the period of 07/20/2022 through 07/20/2027 for the procurement of various items manufactured by ARC TECHNOLOGIES LLC. The list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) are attached. Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of procurement under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively.
