This is a synopsis for proposed NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Spare/Repair BOA N0010422GZJ01 that supports components for both the manufacture and the evaluation and repair of HP2 Machinery Control System and other programs. See the attached NIIN list. The items listed will be manufactured and/or evaluated and repaired by Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (CAGE 03956) located in Charlottesville, VA. Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation owns all the technical data for the manufacture and repair of all the items on the attached spreadsheet. Complete data, drawings, and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the items listed on the attached spreadsheet sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. All responses received within 15 days after the posting of this synopsis shall be considered by the agency. Any interested vendor must be approved by a DOD-cognizant technical authority.
