NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required for Mini Stock Point (MSP) services for the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Orders to be placed under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-18-G-AZ01 with Raytheon Company, CAGE 072E5 located in Indianapolis, IN. Government intends to solicit for Mini Stock Point services (MSP) for multiple NSNs (see Attachment “A” for list) that support various Weapon Systems. Mini Stock Point Services are required by the Navy for requisition processing, material inspection/receiving/storage, system testing of fleet material, material inventory management, and warehouse management. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or of these items. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required.
