The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only qualified sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the Seat Stabilization Rocket Motor MD98 1377-01-318-1830 or the Seat Stabilization Rocket Motor Vernier Rocket Motor MT32 1377-01-255-1650 for use on the F-15, B-1, B-2, A-10, F-16, and F-22. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received prior to the closing date of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government.
