Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of or repair of: NSN UPCO 1377-01-053-0587, UPCO P/N 1143-3; NAMMO 1377-01-630-5139, NAMMO P/N 30614-13; ROCKET MOTOR, DIVERGENT to support the F-15, F-16, and B-2 airframes. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item.
