NSN: 5865-01-446-5915-DWCF NOMEN: RR-129A/AL Chaff Cartridge NSN: 5865-01-444-9698-DWCB NOMEN: RR-144A/AL Chaff Cartridge NSN: 5865-01-262-1157-4W59 NOMEN: RR-170A/AL Chaff Cartridge NSN: 1370-01-037-8414-LY07 NOMEN: RR-170A/AL Chaff Cartridge NSN: 1370-01-270-5149-SY16 NOMEN: Chaff Cartridge, Dual RR-180/AL NSN: 5865-01-338-1200-3W37 NOMEN: RR-188/AL Chaff Cartridge The ceiling increase on the contract will be in the amount as follows. Ceiling Increase: $10,000,000 DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies. Acquisition contains explosive Naval Ordnance items which require special security, safety and transportation clauses, which may be found in Section I. Production lot testing, first article testing, contractor data requirements list, and FOB origin apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer that, if received in a timely manner, will be considered. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
