NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) has a requirement for repairs of SSN 688 Class LAH II Propeller 2S 2010-01-261-9080, 1 EA and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A formal solicitation will not be issued. The Government will negotiate and award a sole source requirement to Wartsila Defense INC, part number 29148.
