This is a requirement for an FMS repair. The ultimate awardee of the proposed contract action must be a certified repair depot in accordance with the NAVSEA DSOR approval process. Award of the proposed contract action will not be delayed while an uncertified source seeks to obtain certification. Government source inspection is required.
