Lockheed Martin Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings, and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the item listed sole source to Lockheed Martin Corporation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
