This is the synopsis of the Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-20-G-U501 to be placed with General Dynamics (Cage 1VPW8) and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP for the period of 5 years for the evaluation and repair of various items manufactured by General Dynamics. The list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) are attached. Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively.
