This notice is to advertise the execution of contract completion for supplying specified Phalanx Close-In-Weapon-System (CIWS) parts. NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg is not seeking eligible contractors, as contract completion is already a term and condition identified in the existing contract number N0010411DZD43 / N0010418F0E40. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate (for the procurement or repair of the various items on the attachment list of parts) with only one source, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess, or cannot provide, the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of these items.
