The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of or NSN 1377-01-103-9120 DODIC: MF60,CCU-41/B IMPULSE CARTRIDGE. The government does possess the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. The government intends to pursue a 5 year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of NSN 1377-01-103-9120 DODIC: MF60,CCU-41/B IMPULSE CARTRIDGE. The quantities listed below are estimates and provided for informational purposes only. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received prior to the closing date of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source may be required and WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
