The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: shown above The Government DOES possess the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. The Technical Data Package (TDP) will be available on FBO. All eligible contractors will have to pass First Article Testing to become a qualified source. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within (5) days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
