NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of Solicitation N00104-19-R-FD23 for: quantity 6,000, NSN 1HS 5975 014552730 L1, Nomenclature STUFFING TUBE and the weapon system WVERR. The Government does possess and can provide the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. This item under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreement Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements under product service group (PSG) 43. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required.
