The Government intends to solicit for the repair of (1) NSN 2S 2010-01-519-6907 VA Class Propulsor Rotor Tail Cone Modification. The Government has the rights the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Trade agreement Act does not apply to this item All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required.
