N00104-19-R-F023 Sources Sought Notice (1C category) NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT (NAVSUP WSS) MECHANICSBURG is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the item as specified within this document. N00104-19-R-F023 SSN 688 Class MOD 25 Propeller NSN 2010-01-261-9079 Quantity: 1 AMC – 1C The government intends to solicit and negotiate with approved limited sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit for the repair of (1) NSN 2010-01-261-9079 SSN 688 Class MOD 25 Propeller. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity’s procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Trade agreement Act does not apply to this item All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 10 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required.
