SYNOPSIS NOTICE: NAVSUP WSS is planning to issue a solicitation for acquisition for the repair of (1) each SEAWOLF Class Propulsor Rotor NSN 2S 2010-01-470-6594 P2. Any interested party must meet the qualification requirement in order to be eligible for award in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.2. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic means. The solicitation number is N00104-19-R-F018 The technical data will be provided with the solicitation. This requirement is a Unrestricted Solicitation Small Business Set-aside is dissolved. The AMC for this requirement is 2G. Suitable for competitive acquisition. The Government has unlimited rights to the technical data, and the data package to complete. First Article Testing maybe required. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
