The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1: 1. NSN N/A Initiator, Mild Detonating Cord Assembly Contractor P/N 827252-03 The government does possess or can provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
