This is the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg synopsis for repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-18-G-BL01 (replacement for BOA N00104-13-G-A303) and all orders placed thereunder. The BOA and delivery orders will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Power Paragon, Anaheim, CA, CAGE 04801, as Power Paragon Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and only approved source for the repair or service of the components and equipment listed on attachment A. The Government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs of the item. Although designated sole source, any responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responses received within fifteen days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Pre-qualification approval for DOP certification of a repair source is required. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. The closing date is corrected to 11/27/2017.
