Description: NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg PA is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to warehouse, repair, program and issue assets in response to fleet requisitions for the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to add the following items under Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N00104-15-G-A100 with W.R. Systems LLC. The Government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform repairs or manufacture the items. W.R. Systems LLC is the only source currently licensed by the OEM and maintains the necessary equipment to test and program the radios. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required.
