COST AND PRICE AS AN EVALUATION FACTOR Cost/Price will not be evaluated for the Contract Award(s) in accordance with FAR 15.304(c)(1)(ii). The competition for this requirement is full and open competition. The Government intends to award contracts to all responsible offerors who submit a technically acceptable proposal that conforms to the requirements of this solicitation, and the Government has no reason to believe that it would be likely to offer other than fair and reasonable pricing at the delivery order level. Each awardee will be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each delivery order exceeding the micro-purchase threshold, IAW FAR 16.505(b)(1). Awards will be made on a competitive basis. Awardees will be requested to provide a quote/proposal for each requirement under the contract unless an exception IAW FAR 16.505(b)2) applies. GUARANTEED MINIMUM AND MAC VALUE MAXIMUM The Multiple Award Contract resulting from this RFP will be considered complete (ineligible for issuance of additional delivery orders) when either of the following occur: The ordering period specified in the Contract(s) has expired, OR; The cumulative awards to all awardees under the Multiple Award Contract reach 25,000 EA MIN – 500 EA MAX – 25,000 EA DD1423 Data Item A001 (Inspection and Test Plan) may be waived if already on file at NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg.
