The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit General Dynamics-OTS INC., CAGE 05606, 326 IBM Road Building 862 Williston, VT 05495, for procurement of the following: NSN: 7HH 6105 014560169, MOTOR, DIRECT CURREN, P/N: 5974768-1, Quantity: 40 All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice in not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
