This is the synopsis of the Spare and Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-23-G-ZY01 to be placed with DB Control (CAGE 0R8S6), and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all spare and repair orders issued by NAVSUP from the period of 04/01/2023 through 03/31/2028 for the procurement and evaluation and repair of the below NSN manufactured by DB Control. NSN 7H 6130-015659011, NIIN 015659011 POWER SUPPLY HV - P/N: 6869024-1 Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item for procurement or repair under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
