PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE: Naval Supply Systems Command Weapons Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) – Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible Sources to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair the items specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to solicit Simmonds Precision Products Inc. D/B/A Sensors & Integrated Systems, CAGE 12511, Vergennes, VT and Ethos Energy Accessories and Components LLC, CAGE 9U738, East Windsor, CT, for repair of all of the following: NSN: 7HE 2835 014610681, ACTUATOR,POWER LEVE. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, on a full and open basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
