The ultimate awardee of the proposed contract action must be a certified repair depot in accordance with the NAVSEA DSOR approval process. Award of the proposed contract action will not be delayed while an uncertified source seeks to obtain certification. 3. Shipping and transportation will be arranged by a freight forwarder. The awardee should not incur shipping or transportation costs. 4. Government source inspection is required. 5. Packaging and marking shall be in accordance with best standard commercial packaging for overseas shipment. 6. The requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Unique Identification and Valuation, will not apply to the resulting contract. 7. Quotes shall be emailed to tyler.l.curfman.civ@us.navy.mil.
