This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for informational and planning purposes only. NAVSUP WSS is seeking potential sources interested in providing repair of Submarine Propellers and Caps. As part of its market research, NAVSUP WSS is issuing this SSN to determine if there exists an adequate number of interested contractors capable of providing repairs in accordance with the attached qualification process to support the submarine propeller program. The submarine propeller and caps support various submarine classes. The parts are used to repair very critical systems during depot maintenance periods and selected restricted availabilities. Contractors must meet the propeller prolusion repair facility NAVSEA qualification process as indicated on this attachment.
