Groom the control panel on QTY 1 EA CO2 Scrubber Skid B, NSN: 4460-01-444-9652 Justification: Adding the repairs will allow sole source vendor CEPEDA Associates, Inc. to complete refurbishment, resulting in "A" condition asset for end use application. Current contract was for evaluate and test only. Modification will be issued under the following authority: Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
