The Government is hereby providing the following updates for the Transportation Support Services (TSS) FRC East - Final RFP N0042119R0007 to complete the corrective action taken by the agency in response to the bid protest received on 14 December 2018. 1. **NOTE** Responses resulting from Amendment 0004 are limited to the Offerors that submitted timely proposals to RFP N0042119R0007 by the original proposal due date of 14 December 2018 ONLY. 2. In this amendment, the Government is extending the proposal due date for the aforementioned offerors to 2 pm Eastern time on 12 February 2019. 3. As a result of the changes made in Amendment 0004, Offerors have two (2) options: (a) submit a revised proposal in accordance with Section L, PART A, Paragraph 4.0, or (b) notify the Government via Email at samantha.pennini@navy.mil and beverley.rhamdeow@navy.mil by 2 pm Eastern time on 12 February 2019 that a proposal update is not required. Documents provided in response to the evaluation factor that was removed as a result of this amendment will be discarded. 4. The Government does not intend to answer any further questions at this time. 5. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
