STANDARD LABOR DATA COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION APPLICATION (SLDCADA) REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PAE Mission Systems seeks proposals from eligible SeaPort-NxG small-business contract holders for end-to-end sustainment and infrastructure support of SLDCADA, an unclassified web-based GOTS time-and-attendance and labor-reporting application supporting over 60,000 Navy, Marine Corps, and Executive Office of the President users with CAC/PKI single sign-on. The effort will be a Firm-Fixed-Price task order with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Questions may be emailed to the PCO and Contract Specialist by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST, with all Q&A viewable in SAM.gov. Offerors must submit proposals through DoD SAFE after emailing a Drop-Off Request to the PCO and Contract Specialist to obtain the secure upload link.
