This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is NAICS Code 561611, Investigation and Personal Background Check Services. This is not a small business set-aside. NAVWAR 8.0 Security Program Office requires a Livescan solution for submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This procurement is for up to 200 sets of prints for Common Access Card (CAC) issuance and background investigations for a 12-month base and four 12-month option periods at the same quantity.
