This PoC will be pursued through the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium, utilizing the Other Transaction Authority (OTA) to streamline collaboration with non-traditional and traditional defense contractors, research institutions, and academia. •Current IWRP Consortium Members: Information regarding this upcoming PoC opportunity will be disseminated through official IWRP communication channels.
