This is a pre-solicitation and amendment notice for the Personnel and Pay Integration and Sustainment (PPIS) requirement to operate and sustain the Navy's HR and pay systems. A prior solicitation has been canceled, with a revised requirement anticipated in Fiscal Year 2026. The effort includes system integration, hosting, cybersecurity, and sustainment with an anticipated total ordering ceiling of $338 million. The contract is expected to be a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award with a five-year initial task order.
