Quotes due 20 June 2024 10 AM EST. Nine (9) attachments plus the RFA are posted at this time. The SF1449 will not be posted online at this time. This acquisition is set aside to HUBZone Certified vendors for NAICS 541611. PEO MLB OCM BPA RFQ AMMENDMENT 1 30 May 2024 – Posted Q&A from RFQ and replaced the following attachments due to the noted changes. Quotes are due 20 June 2024 and will not be extended. SUMMARY OF CHANGES: These amended attachments fully replace the originally posted attachments. Attachment 1, SOO , Amd 1 dated 30 May 2024 -Removed OCM Cert requirement from Public Affairs (PA) and Training Specialists (TS) -Removed MANP3 reference as key personnel, Only MANO3 is Key. Attachment 3, Price Matrix, Amd 1 dated 30 May 2024 -Removed OCM Cert requirement for PA and TS Attachment 4, Instructions to Offerors, Amd 1 dated 30 May 2024 -Quotes due 20 June 2024 1000 EDT to robyn.l.kedrow.civ@us.navy.mil -Removed "volume" in reference to technical approach. -Clarified organizational experience form submission. -Clarified the BPA will have one price matrix attached. Attachment 5, Organizational Experience Form, Amd 1 dated 30 May 2024 -Removed reference to "country or counties" for place of performance 6/5/2024 - regarding Attachment 1, SOO, page 9 and 14 - there is only one Key Personnel, and it is the MANO3. MANP3 is not a key personnel. The BPA Operations Manager III is the only key personnel.
