Note that N0003923R1004 was previously synopsized under N0003922R1004. The Government intends to award up to 2 contract(s) to the responsible Offeror(s) that represent(s) the best value to the Government based on (1) the merits of the Offer and (2) the Offeror's past performance. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of proposals submitted and availability of funds.
