Specifically, the contractor shall develop software products utilizing microservices, containers, service mesh, and kubernettes previously explored under the C2X project for use in command and control environment. The development work will include the design and implementation of container-based software, research and analysis of C2 application functionality, Operations Research and mixed integer analytics, capturing and validating user stories, workflows, and related Navy Mission Essential Tasks, and development of associated technical documentation.
