A conformed copy of the solicitation is also being provided for convenience. ***************************************************************** Update 10 December 2020: NAVWAR is releasing Request For Proposal (RFP) N00039-21- R-9101. This is a full and open competition. Companies are encouraged to monitor the Beta.SAM website for updates to the RFP. The Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirements List, specifications, standards, plans, drawings, (Exhibit A, and Attachments 1 – 3, 13 and 14) cited in this solicitation are not available for distribution but may be requested and examined by U.S. DoD contractors. Each company shall sign and return the fully completed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) posted on the e-commerce site entitled, "Q PSM Bidder's NDA" to Ms. Yvette Tsui at Yvette.tsui@navy.mil in order to receive the documents. Any prospective subcontractors shall also be required to sign a separate NDA. Each company may request access for up to two (2) representatives. Any interested party requesting access to the aforementioned documents shall have an active DD 2345 on file with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
