As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM) intends to award sole source contract to Cubic Defense Systems (Cubic) in San Diego, CA. Cubic is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), designer and developer of the AN/USQ-167(V) CDLS hardware and software. PEO C4I is responsible for providing sustainment of the current CDLS and minimize impacts to the Integrated Logistics Support efforts required to provide Lifecycle Sustainment to the end users. The Navy requires Cubic to provide ongoing depot-level maintenance, repair, and refurbishment to the existing CDLS System. It is anticipated that the contract will be five-years. This announcement is for subcontracting possibilities only. The NAICS for this procurement is 334220 (with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers.
