Questions and comments pertaining to this draft solicitation are due no later than 1400 PST, Thursday 07 May 2020. A full and open competition will result in a single-award, firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite- Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for build-to-print Global Broadcast Service (GBS) systems. The contract will also include Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) engineering services. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE THE GOVERNMENT MAY CONSIDER QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS SUBMITTED BY POTENTIAL OFFERORS IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP AND MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE FINAL RFP BASED UPON QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP, THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO RESPOND DIRECTLY TO ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP, PUBLICLY OR PRIVATELY.
