Please contact Sonny Reyes via email at sonnyboy.reyes@navy.mil for a copy of the RFQ attachments. ******************************************************************** Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office for Command Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Command and Control, Program Office (PMW) 150, intends to issue a Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Full and Open competitive RFQ # N00039-20-Q- 0001 for the procurement of build-to-print MOS Mod systems. The Government anticipates awarding one or more Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) orders for a total estimated quantity 14 build-to-print MOS Mod systems. The initial RFQ is planned for late November 2019 or early December 2019. (The Government intends to post future RFQs in the Spring of 2020 as funding and future requirements are finalized.) The desired award date is late January 2020 with delivery 12 months after award. Planned selection language: We plan to base our award decision on the quoted price and experience and past performance on contracts with C4ISR shipboard cabinets, assemblies or systems, and RF systems integration similar in complexity to MOS Mod including EMC spectrum capability. Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): High Power Amplifier (HPA) and MIDS-J radio units Other Important Considerations: Acceptance Test Station (ATS) and Functional Performance Test Station will not be provided as GFE. Acceptance Test and Functional Test requirements will be outlined in the SOW. The technical data package (TDP) will not be available for public distribution.
