As a result, the RFP proposal response date has been changed from 05 Dec 2019 to 19 Dec 2019 as shown in the amendment attached below. For clarity an Amendment 0001 and Conformed copy of the RFP from Amendment 0001 have been uploaded with all corresponding attachments/exhibits. *********************************************************************** The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM), in support of the Multiple Information Distribution (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) (PMW/A 101), anticipates awarding two (2) or more Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) for MIDS Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) Production, SE&I and Retrofit requirements. (a) Production This contract requires the contractor to manufacture and deliver various MIDS JTRS Terminals, to include CMN-4, TTNT and F-22 configurations. In addition to producing the MIDS JTRS Terminal, each RT LRU is comprised of several Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs) which, along with the Terminal LRUs, may be procured separately as spares. (b) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) The contract requires the contractor to provide the technical support for SE&I Services in accordance with Delivery Orders (DOs) issued under this contract for the MIDS JTRS Terminal. (c) Retrofits The contract requires the contractor to retrofit the various MIDS JTRS terminal configurations. In addition, the RT LRUs and SRUs may be retrofitted/upgraded separately.
