The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM), in support of the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Carrier and Air Integration Program Office PMW 750 intends to issue a modification to increase the maximum value of the current C4I Testing, Integration, and Installation (CTII2) contract N00039-18-D-0006 with SRC Incorporated, 2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339. The increase in the maximum value of the contract is required to complete the services for C4I System of Systems test, integration, and installation work for Radio Communications System (RCS), Ship Signal Exploitation System (SSES), Distributed Systems (DS), Topside, and Zone Integration activities already ordered under the contract for the USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 73). The modification will not extend the ordering period or period of performance of the CTII 2 contract or the CVN 73 order. The NAICS for this procurement is 541330 (with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5M). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. However, if a company believes it can perform the requirements identified above without negative schedule, performance, and/or cost impacts, the company shall provide a statement of its capabilities within 15 calendar days of the release date of this notice.
