Lifecycle Sustainment and Technical Support for the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System-Personnel (MCTIS-P)
The U.S. Navy is seeking capable firms to provide lifecycle sustainment and technical support for the Marine Corps Tactical Instrumentation System-Personnel (MCTIS-P) 1.0, including contractor logistics, training support, engineering, and post-deployment software support. The contract will have a two-year base period of performance from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2029, with an estimated contract award date of March 1, 2027. Performance will require two full-time equivalent personnel providing virtual and on-site support at the Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) and Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC). Interested firms must demonstrate recent and relevant experience with an annual incurred cost of at least $3.5 million for similar efforts.
